Tania Dautlick
Tania maintains a steady curiosity about fitness, most recently exploring hand balancing and deepening her stretching practice. She ran cross-country in high school and college, practiced Ashtanga yoga for a decade beginning in her mid-twenties, pursued cycling, and discovered strength training in her forties. She loved her years as a masters CrossFit athlete and power lifter, eventually gravitating to kettlebells and bodyweight strength training for their well-rounded effects and accessibility. She has coached group kettlebell and bodyweight classes for three years, and considers herself a perpetual learner.
in HER own words
“I love helping people get stronger and challenge themselves. You’ll often see me participating in our group classes when I’m not coaching. Their combined focus on strength, mobility, and mindfulness is an effective way to develop and maintain a strong and adaptable body, as well as a curious mindset. I appreciate the way our practice builds community, encourages us to learn from each other, and attends to the many subtle parts that can help our whole bodies move with ease, for a lifetime.”
